This project translates a high-stakes healthcare onboarding flow into a clear, friendly, and repeatable visual narrative. The goal was to reduce confusion during the “first steps” of starting treatment by turning instructions into a simple three-step sequence patients can remember.
Challenge
Healthcare onboarding is information-dense and emotionally loaded—patients may be navigating uncertainty while also learning new processes. The work needed to be:
Immediately legible on mobile and small screens
Comforting but not childish—warm, supportive, and credible
Modular so steps can be reused across channels (video, web, print/PDF)
